| 9:00 a.m. | Saturday May 29, 2010 Instructor: National FQHR & IBHA Judge, Rebecca Frerking Rebecca Frerking is a carded official for the Foundation Quarter Horse Registry (FQHR) and the International Buckskin Horse Association (IBHA). She has been a judge for ten years, judging shows in Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri and Michigan. In 2006 Frerking judged the national FQHR show, the Roundup and Review. . Besides being a judge, Frerking has competed nationally for over 14 years in all western and English disciplines. Frerking and her husband, Kevin, founded K & R Quarter Horses where they specialize in working cow horse and reining. An active clinician Frerking offers private lessons for individuals or groups.
