Entries must be received by May 23, 2008. If for any reason your entry will not be in pageant official’s hands by this date, please call (785) 650-2163 or (785) 303-0297 and let us know. Otherwise any entries received after this date without prior notice will be accepted with an additional $25 late fee.

Follow this checklist to make sure you have everything needed by May 23 completed and returned to the Miss Rodeo Plainville Pageant Committee, PO Box 74, Plainville KS 67663. Take copies of all forms for your records.

May 23rd Checklist:

___ Signed Entry Form with necessary attachments
___ Signed Statement of Conduct
___ List of All Sponsors
___ RSVP Form (include any additional payments for luncheon)
___ 4" x 6" Color Photograph in western attire with hat
___ Entry Fee (payable to the Plainville Saddle Club)

DUE AT ORIENTATION, JUNE 12th:

___ 3" x 5" note card with modeling description
___ Poster(s) thanking your sponsor(s)
The posters will not be judged but will be displayed at the luncheon. You can also give these posters to your sponsor(s) after the pageant as a way of saying THANKS!
